Our Card Stocks:

• 250gsm uncoated card stock - a 250gsm is a card stock. It is robust and sturdy. The uncoated stock is great for a more matt/recycled feel and is especially good if you need people to write onto the flyer
• 250gsm gloss/silk card stock - a 250gsm gloss or silk card stock is robust and sturdy and it holds the print really nicely.
• 350gsm uncoated card stock - a 350gsm uncoated stock is a really heavyweight flyer. To give you an idea of the weight, this type of card is used for business cards
• 350gsm gloss/silk card stock - a 350gsm gloss or silk flyer is the ultimate in luxury. These card stocks are best used high-end flyers or where you want to make an immediate impression when giving these out.

Creases

Please note that generally, your items will be creased and supplied ready to fold. Please see the picture associated with this product to show a visual representation of each crease type.

As standard, we offer one type of crease as below;

• A single crease in half - this is a crease that allows the sheet to be folded on the long edge of the flat piece of A5 card and will essentially create a 4 page booklet. So, an A5 flat flyer folded in half will create a 4 page A6 booklet (finished size of 105mm x 148mm)
• OTHER FOLDS/CREASES - Our website choice only show our most popular fold/crease choices due to listing restrictions. However, we can do many different fold/crease types. Please see the attached image on this product page and contact us for a quote for a more specialist fold/crease

Our creased leaflets are supplied flat, pre-creased and ready to fold.

Lamination

We are able to laminate your creased leaflets - please visit our Folded and Laminated Leaflets product page. This gives an additional layer of protection to the creased leaflet and also they will ooze luxury. Lamination is not to be confused with 'encapsulation' which is when pages are encapsulated in a laminating pouch. The type of lamination used on creased leaflets is thin and will not have any border around the edge of the sheet. So, if you want A4 leaflets creased to A5, they will be A5 in size - not A5 with a little bit extra around them!

We offer two types of lamination:

• Matt lamination - a classic lamination that gives a high-end and professional finish
• Gloss lamination - a gloss finish to your flyers that really allows your colours to pop!

Artwork Service

Should you require us to design your creased leaflets for you, we are able to do this - just select the relevant option.

Please note that the turnaround time stated gives us three days to get the artwork complete and signed off. If the artwork is not signed off until after three days, this will delay your order beyond the stated turnaround time. We recommend that you provide us with any amendments and/or sign off as quickly as possibly so we can get your job into production as soon as possible.

Please note that we will design your artwork to your specification. You will need to provide us with any relevant logos, pictures, text that you want on your creased leaflets as well as any specific colour or design requirements. We find that we get the best result for everyone when we have a really good brief of what you want. Where information is not given, we will use some artistic license and use our best judgement.

Artwork Requirements

You can supply your own artwork using the artwork requirements below and the associated product templates or, alternatively, we can design them for you. Please see our Artwork Service page for representative costings.

Please Note

When creating any leaflet, please supply your artwork as a 2 page, double sided PDF. For example, on an A5 creased to A6, page 1 should display pages 4 & 1 of the leaflet and page 2 should display pages 2 & 3

Before submitting creased leaflet artwork, we recommend you print a mock up to check the artwork is positioned correctly.

When creating artwork with a landscape crease, please submit the front and back pages on the same page, with the front page orientation correct and the back page rotated 180 degrees. The inside pages should be on page 2 and rotated 180 degrees so that the orientation is correct on the final print. You can check the orientation is correct by printing a mock up before sending your artwork.
