Materials Provided

• Fluorescent Yellow Paper - this 120gsm coated, yellow fluorescent paper especially designed for display on large size panels. It catches the eye 300 times more than a standard coloured paper and is the ideal medium for special advertising and promotional events

• Vinyl - available in matt or gloss finish. The vinyl is sticky backed but comes with a paper backing sheet. Therefore, this sheet can be left on so that it is not sticky. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The backing paper is not waterproof and so, if the posters are going to be in a particularly wet place or exposed to the elements for a prolong period, we recommend a fully waterproof PVC poster. This material is designed for use of up to one year, dependent on the conditions it is placed in.

• waterproof PVC Banner Material - a fully waterproof PVC material suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. This material is designed for use of up to three years, dependent on the conditions it is placed in.

• 420gsm Ultra Flat Grey Back Banner - this is the same material that is used for our roller banners. You get a really nice clean, smooth, matt, professional finish from the material. The material lie's really flat and is therefore not prone to curling. Great for medium to longer term signage needs. Note that this is 420gsm and so a bit heaver than a paper or vinyl - this will need to be considered when attaching to your desired place

Should you require us to design your flyers for you, we are able to do this - just select the relevant option.

Please note that the turnaround time stated gives us three days to get the artwork complete and signed off. If the artwork is not signed off until after three days, this will delay your order beyond the stated turnaround time. We recommend that you provide us with any amendments and/or sign off as quickly as possibly so we can get your job into production as soon as possible.

Please note that we will design your artwork to your specification. You will need to provide us with any relevant logos, pictures, text that you want on your flyer as well as any specific colour or design requirements. We find that we get the best result for everyone when we have a really good brief of what you want. Where information is not given, we will use some artistic license and use our best judgement.

  • A2: 594 x 420mm (600 x 426mm including bleed)
  • A3: 297 x 420mm (303 x 426mm including bleed)
  • A4: 210 x 297mm (216 x 303mm including bleed)
• Include 3mm bleed on all sides
• Supply as a CMYK PDF
• Outline or embed fonts
• 300dpi resolution

*Note that where turnaround times are '1 Working Day' these will be processed the same day if artwork is received by 11am, '2 Working Days' by the next working day and so on. Our working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays and all the days between Christmas and New Year.

Quick turnaround product times are subject to change dependent on factors such as staff availability or machine breakdowns. 99% of the time we should be able to print in the time required, but this may not always be possible due to factors beyond our control.
