Beautifully Printed Wedding Seating Plans for Your Special Day

Help your guests find their seats in style with a beautifully printed, personalised wedding seating plan from Custard Print. Combining practical information with elegant design, a wedding seating plan is an essential part of your wedding reception and a wonderful way to complement your wedding theme.

Our wedding seating plan boards are an excellent and affordable signage option. Printed onto durable 3mm foam board, these are perfect for both indoors and outdoors as they are fully waterproof.

Since they are printed onto a board, these seating plans are perfect to put up on an easel. They come in a range of sizes but A1 is a fan favourite!

Whether you're planning a rustic barn wedding, a romantic countryside celebration or a sophisticated hotel reception, our custom wedding seating plans can be designed to suit your style, colour scheme and wedding stationery.

Personalised Wedding Seating Plans to Match Your Theme

Make organising your wedding reception simple and stylish with a professionally printed seating plan displaying your guests' names and table assignments. From minimalist modern designs to elegant floral layouts, your seating plan can be personalised to reflect the look and feel of your special day.

A wedding seating plan helps guests quickly discover where they're sitting, making it an attractive and practical addition to your reception venue. Display it at the entrance to your wedding breakfast or alongside your welcome board to create a coordinated and welcoming first impression.

Pair your seating plan with matching wedding welcome boards, table numbers, place cards and order of service printing to create a consistent look throughout your wedding day.
